For stock items, the MOQ starts from 1,000-3,000 pcs depending on the model. For fully customized designs (new mold), the MOQ is usually 10,000 pcs. We support low-MOQ trials for new customers on selected series.

Yes. We provide OEM & ODM services including custom shapes (new molds), color coating, frosting, electroplating, silk-screen printing, hot stamping, decal and label application. Share your design or idea and our team will propose a workable solution.

Yes. Free existing samples are available for quality evaluation (freight collected). Custom samples with your logo or color usually take 7-10 days with a sample fee, which can be refunded against a bulk order.

Stock items ship within 7-15 days. Customized orders with surface processing normally take 25-35 days after sample confirmation and deposit, depending on quantity and craft complexity.

We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and trade assurance orders. The common term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L.

We run a complete quality management system: incoming material inspection, in-line checks for molding and decoration, and final AQL inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is welcome.

Standard export packing uses inner dividers, bubble bags and 5-layer cartons, with palletizing for sea freight. Our breakage rate is controlled within the industry-accepted range, and we take responsibility for proven transit damage.
